Easy Beef Thai Red Curry for Slow Cooker

This is for KKJ. Its a bit of a cheats version but it tasted good. (By the way its in metric I'm sorry - the joys of Aussie living!)

1kg Beef diced
500 ml coconut milk
2 tbsp Thai red curry paste
4 tbsp fish sauce
3 tbsp brown sugar

Place Beef in slow cooker. Whisk remaining ingredients until smooth and pour over meat.

Cook for 6-8 hours on low.

You could add potato and onion with the beef or stir in some green beans with 30 minutes to go.
