Ha, I knew she couldn't do it all the time.

Wear heels that is, and that is Posh I'm talking about, Victoria Beckham, the woman who totters dangerously along in her sky high heels with children in tow. Here is the proof....

One thing I know about is running after children, and in particular boys. My boys are wild and woolly, my boys are the reason I can still wear short, shorts. My boys do not allow me the luxury to totter after them in heels and while I do not have 100 nannies, security guards and a super fit soccer husband to help me out, I have still, all this time shaken my head at Mrs Beckham and I must admit been a little bit awe inspired, honestly how does she do it?

But she doesn't, she owns flats. She wears them, in public. It seems even the fashionista mummy can't do heels all the time, and I in all my daggy glory can now feel I am a little bit closer to fashionista than I thought I was!

WOW! I enjoyed reading your post. Life of parenthood is not easy though I am not close to that.

I remember those days of running uphill in elegant heels. But not with kids.

Flats can look just as lovely anyway.

Hope you're well xx

apparently she hurt a disk in her back or something because of wearing her heels all the way through her most recent pregnancy. it definitely made me rethink my heels!

I have NEVER seen her in flats! I was beginning to think that she didn't own any.

I think this is the first time I've seen a snapshot of her in flats. She's a human fashionista, sometimes you just need to wear a good flat. Lovely post!

She looks adorable in her flats. I am not a fashionable person. I tend to be very task oriented. Having raised 4 kids of my own, and on my own with a daycare in tow, fashion has been the least of my concerns.

It's all about comfort and purpose to get the job done lol. Bending, stooping, getting gunk spilled on me, etc. Sweats, t-shirts and tennies all the way! lol!

Loved it! I've seen pictures of her in flats maybe two other times but it is a rarity. I'm not a mum but I feel good about it too!
